Christopher J. Baker brings nearly two decades of extensive legal experience from his tenure with the United States Air Force. As Senior Legal Counsel for the Air Force Personnel Center, he led a team of legal professionals, advising senior executive officers on critical human resource policies and overseeing labor, employment, and administrative law matters for a 2,500-person organization. His ability to navigate complex legal frameworks makes him a key asset in the estate planning space.

Chris received specialized training in estate planning during his time with the Air Force, where he developed a deep understanding of asset protection and wealth transfer strategies. Prior to his current role, Chris served as Senior Staff Attorney at Sheppard Air Force Base, where he advised senior executives on a wide range of legal matters, including labor, environmental, and operational law. He also served as Air Staff Counsel at the Pentagon, advising top Air Force officials on critical policy decisions.
