Marcella earned her Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Elder Law from the University of Kansas School of Law. Her legal career began as a Staff Attorney for Legal Aid of Western Missouri, where she provided crucial legal assistance to underserved communities. She later served as a Hearing Officer for the State of Missouri and as a Grievance Hearing Officer for the Kansas City, Missouri School District, positions that further honed her skills in administrative law and advocacy.
In addition to her public sector roles, Marcella served as Vice President and General Counsel for Kauffman Scholars, Inc., a college preparatory program in Kansas City, Missouri, where she provided legal counsel on educational and community initiatives. Following this, she launched Lee Legal Solutions to focus on estate planning, elder law, and probate, providing comprehensive services to families and individuals navigating the often-complex legal landscape.
Marcella continues her work in estate planning, elder law, and probate, ensuring that clients fully understand their options and guiding them through every step of the process. Her practice is dedicated to helping clients protect their assets and plan for the future with clarity and confidence.
